    • Above-average PC skills. Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, internet usage, and (preferentially) the budgeting program KROS.<\/li>\n
    • A proactive personality<\/li>\n
    • Excellent knowledge of new HVAC technologies<\/li>\n
    • Time flexibility<\/li>\n
    • Class B driving licence<\/li>\n
